BMEN 2024 Mentee Application

Please complete the following application to join the Blazer Male Excellence Network

Participation requirements for the BMEN program include:

Attend monthly BMEN Meetings
Attend weekly study hours, receive tutoring monthly, obtain a monthly campus event credit, and volunteer once a month (via Blazer Pulse).
Participate in monthly BMEN programming (workshops, outings, etc.)
Maintain weekly contact with your assigned mentor
Have monthly face-to-face meetings with your BMEN Mentor
Meet with Peer Academic Coach
Check your UAB Blazer email account daily
Establish and maintain an academic graduation plan and submit it for approval to BMEN staff every mid-term of each semester.
